I wanted to get my child support, but...
❌ ...the waitlist was 3 months long
❌ ...I couldn't afford it
❌ ...the appointments were only during school or work hours
❌ ...I couldn't find a therapist who speaks our language
We hear you. These barriers are real—and they shouldn't stand between your child and support.
That's why we partnered with Cartwheel:
✅ Appointments within days, not months
✅ Free for families with Medicaid; in-network with most private insurance
✅ Virtual sessions from 3pm-8pm and weekends
✅ Care available in Spanish and other languages

Sometimes the signs are obvious—but often they're subtle. Here are some things to notice:
😔 Changes in mood that last more than a few days
😴 Different sleep or eating patterns
📚 Grades dropping or losing interest in school
🏠 Avoiding school or making excuses not to go
👥 Pulling away from friends or activities they used to enjoy
😰 Expressing more worry, stress, or sadness than usual
If you're seeing any of these signs, trust your instincts. You know your child best.
Cartwheel is here to help—with licensed therapists and psychiatrists available within days. Completely free for families with Medicaid, in-network with most private insurance plans.
