• The flu/covid vaccine is available at no charge to individuals ages 6 months and older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card(s) with you.
• Please wear short sleeves, or a shirt that has easily rolled-up sleeves.
