The district will be sending an email to all K-6 students (@cb.napsk12.org) today at 5:00 pm with a link to complete the required survey. The survey asks parents/guardians to indicate and attest to their child’s COVID-19 vaccination status. By filling out this survey, you will be providing valuable information to the district and school committee regarding mask wearing in schools. You must complete and submit the survey by using your child’s email account by 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 17th. If you have questions about accessing your child’s email account, please contact the main office at your child’s school. Thank you.
