ThePolicy Subcommittee of the North Adams School Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 10:00 am inthe 2^nd Floor Conference Room of City Hall and remotely via Zoomvideo conference call.

Persons having any matterincluded on the agenda to discuss with the committeemay do so via public comment during the hearing ofvisitors, provided that the comments are consistent with the rules andprocedures detailed in the North Adams Public Schools policy: BEDH.

Pursuantto Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting will be conducted in person andvia remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members ofthe public body as well as members of the public may access this meeting in person, or via virtualmeans. In personattendance will be at NorthAdams City Hall, in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, and it ispossible that any or all members of the public body may attend remotely, within-person attendance consisting of members of the public. The meeting may alsobe accessed remotely via zoom video conference call. When required by law orallowed by the Chair, persons wishing to provide public comment or otherwiseparticipate in the meeting, may do so by in person attendance, or by accessingthe meeting remotely, as noted above. Additionally, the meeting will bebroadcast live, in real time, via the zoom video conference call.

Every effort will be made toensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, viatechnological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, for reasons of economic hardship and despite best efforts,we will post on the North Adamswebsite an audioor video recording, transcript, or othercomprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.
